Ett mkt trivsamt litet hotell med väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående personal, som gör allt för att gästerna skall trivas! Alla mkt hjälpsamma. Det gick bra att kommunicera på engelska. Mkt rent och fräscht, fantastiskt läge och fiffigt koncept med tre olika mysiga caféer att välja mellan för god frukost! Trevligt! Litet svårt att hitta första gången, ingången ligger på en tvärgata i adressens kvarter. Verkar dock vara en vanlig företeelse i Ryssland!

Hotel Oktaviana in Sankt Petersburg was an excellent choice. The downtown location is top-notch, staff is attentive and always ready to help. The accommodation is very comfortable, with a very good breakfast in one of three nice bistros. We enjoyed our stay and we are definitely recommending this hotel! Greetings from Zagreb

O edifício é antigo e não dispõe de elevador. A equipe da recepção bastante atenciosa e fala inglês. Para o café da manhã você escolhe entre três restaurantes conveniados, sendo os três muito agradáveis. As camas são confortáveis e o tamanho do quarto razoável. A localização é excelente.

Le principali attrazioni della città sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Lo staff è molto disponibile a dare qualsiasi tipo di informazione e provvede in tempi ristrettissimi al visa support necessario per ottenere il visto. Le stanze sono molto pulite ed accoglienti.

Sehr freundliches personal, sehr hilfsbereit, vielen dank.der eingang des hotel’s ist wirklich häßlich, fast ein no go. man wird aber dann für alles entschädigt.

Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions. Friendly and responsive staff. Modern showers, clean room. Very fulfilling breakfast. No elevator, but it is old historic building. It was only hard on arrival, but consuerge offered to help.

Hotel is just next to nevski prospect, so location is very good. Quite noisy though in nights (noise from the streets) but we got used to it. There is not elevator, so prepare to clime some stares. Rooms are good size and in good condition, very comfortable. Breakfast is good and filling. Staff was very helpful, though they only speak russian. We still managed quite well without same language. In hotel it is also possible to pay on arrival and book theatre tickets etc. to get transported there to wait you if you like.
